According to the subject of the contract:

According to the procurement procedure:

Framework contracts with purchase orders (call-off contracts):
A purchase-order-based public contract is used when the administration’s needs are not fully defined, particularly due to uncertainty about quantities. The execution of services or supplies is carried out through the issuance of successive purchase orders for staggered purchases, such as consumable goods or standard supplies (food products, beverages, etc.), for which the administration cannot accurately determine the required quantities in advance.

  • Global public contract: design-and-build contract or global performance-based contract
